GOOD-QUALITY ITEMS

You can return a good-quality item within 14 days of receipt if it does not fit in size, color, style or any other reason. The main thing is that:

• The item is complete and was not used.
• Packaging, labels, documents confirming the fact of payment (purchase receipt, invoice, etc.) should be saved.

If, when considering your request for return of an item, it is found that the item was used has defects (cracks, scratches, chips, mechanical damage except for hidden manufacturing defects), are incomplete or not in the original packaging, then the exchange/return will not be made.

Return methods

When returning an item, you must have your passport. From other regions, orders are returned by any convenient postal service after first filling out the application on this page.

POOR-QUALITY PRODUCTS

Items with a hidden manufacturing defect detected during use are replaced or returned on the grounds and within the timeframe established by law, art. 22 of the Law of the Russian Federation "On Protection of Consumer Rights."

If there are problems with an item, make sure that you have read in full the operating instruction for the items. If the order is incomplete or there is a manufacturing defect, the full cost of the item, delivery and return are refunded.
