How to buy in our online store?

Enter your exact contact details and shipping address. Select the type and terms of shipping and payment method. Check the parameters of your order. If everything is OK, press "Place order."
When choosing a payment method via wire transfer or electronic money, the system will tell you to go to the appropriate payment pages. Important! When paying by bank transfer or plastic card, the payer must be the one who receives the items.
After placing the order, you will receive all the necessary information at the specified e-mail address, as well as login and password to access your Personal Office. In the future, use them to make new purchases quickly in our online store.

After order confirmation by the manager, the order is transferred to the courier service. You can track the progress of the order completion in your Personal Office. Regional parcels are automatically assigned a tracking code, by which the purchase location can be easily traced and (in the case of cash payment) the necessary amount of money can be prepared by the delivery time.
After receiving the parcel, please be sure to keep all payment receipts. If there are external packing defects or missing items, it is necessary to file a report in the presence of the courier. Open the parcel carefully, do not tear the labels and packaging, they will be useful in case of return or exchange of items.
If you ordered clothes, try on the items, ask advice of relatives or friends. If you like them – keep them. If something does not fit – do not be afraid to return it. You have the right to return a poor quality items within 14 days. Read more about this in the section "Guarantee".
