WHERE IS MY ORDER?
Courier service
When the order amount is 3000 rubles and more – delivery is free.Up to 1500 rubles – delivery cost is 250 rubles.
From 1500 to 3000 rubles – delivery cost is 150 rubles.
Delivery within St. Petersburg city is made by own courier service of the online store. Delivery time – weekdays: 11:00 to 20:00, the courier will contact you 1 hour before leaving.
In the suburbs of St. Petersburg and the Leningrad Region, delivery is made by SDEK courier service (cost is calculated separately when choosing a locality).
In the presence of the courier, you can inspect all the order items, try on the items, and return what doesn’t fit you. Fitting service applies only to clothing and footwear. The time spent by the courier at the buyer’s location is no more than 15 minutes.
Pickup
The service is free. You can order delivery to the pickup points:
1. Rossiysky prospect, 6, bld. 1, Equipment Center "Hockey Club", which is open daily from 10:00 to 21:00. The items can be picked up the next day after the phone order confirmation by the manager.
2. Pyatiletok prospect, 1, "Hockey Club", which is open daily from 11:00 to 21:00. The items can be picked up after SMS confirmation.
